Refund policy

We stand behind WidthPro with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

 

To be eligible, your item must be in usable condition with all original components. To start a return, email us with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover it.

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

 

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you.
