What the gate actually trains
A gate is honest in a way ball flight is not. You find out on the swing itself whether the club came in on line, not two seconds later.

Will the rods damage my clubs?
No. The gate rods are soft foam. They are meant to be clipped, and they move out of the way rather than resisting the clubhead.
Can I use it with a driver and with irons?
Yes. Reposition the rods to suit the club and the fault. Wider for driver path work, tighter for iron strike.
Where can I use it?
