Arm Connection Trainers
When your arms come away from your chest, the swing starts running on your hands. Hands are the first thing to quit under pressure, which is why the strike you found on Saturday is gone by the first tee.
These three train the same fix at three levels. The band is the simplest and cheapest, holding both upper arms to your chest. The ball sits between your forearms and tells you the instant you come apart. The frame holds the position for you so your body can learn it.
All three are used in slow rehearsal swings, then taken off to hit full shots. That is the whole point: you train a feel, not a thought.
